Abstract

The article deals with the issues of interaction between the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in the training of specialists in archival affairs and documentation within the framework of social partnership. The article analyzes the international experience of social partnership, the role of social partnership in the development of continuing professional education focused on improving the performance of the education system, achieving the level of training taking into account the needs of the Kazakh economy and employers, strengthening the links of training with production.
