Some issues related to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on archival work

Abstract

In this article, the author analyzed the normative legal documents adopted in the Republic of Uzbekistan on archival work after 2019. As a result of the analysis, the state of archival work until 2019 and the need to adopt new normative documents are clarified. At the same time, special attention is paid to the result expected from the adoption of newly adopted regulatory legal documents. While commenting on legislative documents, the author pays attention to covering analytical materials in the process of their adoption.
