Abstract

The article discusses the regulatory and legal regulation of archival affairs in Kazakhstan, the adoption of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On the national archival fund and Archives» in December 1998. Attention was paid to the problems of creating and improving the legislative and scientific and methodological base for the functioning of the archival industry, adapting and improving office management and document storage in the context of digital transformation.
