A practice-oriented approach in the training of document specialists and archivists

Abstract

The article analyzes the problems of applying a practice-oriented approach to the training of specialists in the field of archival science and documentation. The current aspects of the competence model of student training in this field are investigated. Dual training is considered as one of the forms of practice-oriented learning.
